Building a sustainable empowerment and prevention project needs resources and time. This is essential in order to create positions and structures for training, supervision and scientific monitoring. Schools and teachers who participate in the project need to be supported. "Social work" is part of creating a community in which young people and old people can develop. It exceeds knowledge transfer and is a characteristic of a sophisticated society. Civic action is a requirement for development. Another reason to support REBOUND for small and big supporters and sponsors: civilising drug policy needs effective, fair and democratic ways of communication about „psychoactive substances“. Where and how are we supposed to learn this? REBOUND considers itself as part of such an development.
